Chance Meeting.

Isn't it funny, when you feel like giving up and when you feel that you're alone in the world, life gives you surprises. Meeting up old friends and making new ones. Those are the best kind of surprises to wake yourself up and kick your muddle brain awake.

When i was in high school mom made me join her group of fitness friends, gym instructors, dance instructors, martial arts sifu . . you named it, its all there. Super muscle toned men and adrenalin junkies. Growing up among these guys i feel like i suddenly have alot of adopted brothers . . of all races and age and religions and they're all whacked too. hehe but they treat me like a part of the fitness family, like a younger sister to take care of and groom or something and its one of the greatest moments growing up.

Over the years . . . its only natural that you will lose touch with all of them, they have their family and other commitments and i gotta go over the sea to continue study. Phone numbers have changed over the years. Mom left for USA. Everyone changed jobs. Faces changed too. I become fat . . (trying very hard to rectify that).

So i guess one of the best surprises in life is when you meet up with one of them and suddenly you have a whole list of new phone numbers in your HP and you feel like its only yesterday that you left them. Chance meeting are the best kind of surprises. Catching up of the good old times and then setting dates for future upcoming meet ups with everyone, makes all your other worries kinda disappear for a while.

Growing up inside a gym makes it only fair that i'll definitely meet up with one of them at a fitness centre (since i'm joining one at the moment) one fine day. I guess today is a fine day. I feel like a kid again . . . reminiscing about the happy times, being fit and all, no worries ('cept maybe for exams) bout your cholesterol level and other health hazards that i've accumulate over the years.

It's funny how chance meeting happen. I get to meet up with an old gym buddy from a new gym buddy (dance instructor to be exact) haha i guess birds of a feather do flock together. Small world indeed.
