Typhoon, More Food . . Great Company.

This entry is not of chronologically order . . well maybe abit . . er . . maybe not.

First off . . . girls night out at Spice garden (or izzit island??) at The Marina . . . A little bit of indian and everything else, had ostrich meat, 4 helpings of naan, tandoori chicken and down it all with some sort of halia flavoured drink. NICE! . . Oh ya and the typhoon occured right after the dinner . . rational people would stay put in the restaurant until the wind died down or something, but nooooo . . not the 3 ladies who so desperately wanted to go to Charles and Keith cause apparently they had new stocks arriving. Anything for shoes and bags *eyes rolling* Didn't take any pictures of the food tho. cause we were busy eating and lighting not really that good so the photos turned out reddish and blurry. Sad. Oh well there be other times.

Then there's Ollie wonderful home cooked meal. LAMB! LAMB! and more LAMB! *drolling* she said it was not much but to me it was superb. The table arrangement also so nice and proper . . My pathetic phone camera doesn't do justice to it, but you get the idea . . you can just taste the juice coming out from the meat. YUM. Shait . . . this picture making me hungry . . .

Just downloading 4 seasons of Black Adder i get to taste this wonderful meal . . oh man . . i am so lucky . . Auntie Ollie!! Anymore series you want me to download???? I feel like i havent done enough to deserved such a good feast. Anytime yea? Jangan malu malu.

Next in line is the latest "Sun Halo" phenomenon. I can't believe i was among the many 'sakai' people taking pictures of the blipping hot sun. Just two minutes snapping pictures i was already burned. Hai . . but at least i got the shot, last time i didn't manage to get the perfect shot cause was in a rush to get lunch. he he food is more important. This was taken at City Mall. Kinda looks like the movie escape from LA or New York or something isnt it? Should put this on my flikr album too or give it to Wikipedia. Then there's the English Tea Party at R2-(D?)2. he he actualeyyyyyyyy we wanted to have it in the open air but after looking out at the scorching hot sun and the haze, we decided to have it at R2-2 instead. Although ramai members could not make it (no babysitter / open houses). Konon-nya wanted to dress up with hats and small umbrellas and talk like the brits but it all went down the drain after smelling the nice ham and eggs Sc is cooking. Everyone's tummy started rumbling simultaneously. We had scones, apple pie, several kinds of bread . . even baked ones, 3 types of teas . . and irish coffee. haha Coffee drinkers unite. We gotta have that at the end of the day when the hot water ran out for the teas. Luckily got coffee maker. Of all the things to do at a tea party . . . we watch "Epic Movie". Subsequently all our IQ drops -20 after the credits started rolling. We seriously need to do research on what to do at a tea party. Other than stuffing ourselves with food. hehe
